Our team of engineers can custom build automated assembly systems based on specific needs. No two systems are the same, and we will work with you from scratch to make your system. Based on merely your needs and products, we can work with you to create solutions, sketches, and prototypes. Call us now to find out more about the construction of your new automated assembly system.
We work with a multitude of different trades. We utilize various styles of machines to fulfill the needs of different companies and fields. Some of the most commonly used systems we employee are:
- Cap closing machines: we build both in-line and rotary versions of this system. The systems close hinged flaps or lips (on dispensing closures). This system is usually used directly after parts leave the molding machine. We custom design machines to fit your specific needs.
- Lining machines: the machines come as shuttle-type or rotary-type. These systems are used to place pull or round tab liners into their closures. They do this by using hot melt glue or an interference hit to retain the closures in place.
Other machines include:
- Layer Packers
- Puckers/Depuckers
- Prefeeders
- Feed systems
- Leak testing machines
